Use Cases

01 A consumer or business user needs to provide “consent” for each third party system and what data they consent to be accessed.  The option to suspend or revoke access must be available to the user, business and financial institution.  A comprehensive audit trail of all connections and data transfer details need to be available for audit and compliance purposes. 
02 A business needs to authorize an accounting firm access to their account information. The accountant also needs to access data from their accounting system, quickbooks.   They would like to grant “read only” access to only certain accounts, and hide sensitive accounts.  Only selected accounts will be viewable and the admin will need to have full visibility into permissioned access.
03 A Private Banker is onboarding a new client.  A portfolio of accounts need to be migrated and managed.  Multiple family members and employees need a varying degree of access to accounts and relevant functions, per account type.
04 The enterprise has multiple systems that require varied levels of entitled access.   A synchronization between multiple entitlement services will be required to ensure consistent access.  Systems cannot have conflicting entitlements and must be managed in a user intuitive manner.  The enterprise administrators must have access to view, authorize and revoke access to external systems.
